Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash, EFTPOS cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

Additionally, PayPal, Bank Transfer and Pay ID payments are accepted.

For Online Store orders, we accept Credit Card and PayPal only.

What is the turn around time on a repair or service?

You should expect to get your bike back within 24 hours for basic repairs. More complex repairs + servicing, may take a little longer, depending on the condition of the bike, and if parts have to be ordered.

Either way, we will assess your bike for free, before commencing any work. This assessment will give us a clear indication of the turn around time.

How much does a service cost?

Repair + Service costs will vary, depending on the condition, type of bike, and complexity of the repair. The cost of replacement parts also has to be considered.

What is the Workmanship Guarantee?

We are very confident that you will be 100% satisfied with our work. However, we do offer a full 14 day workmanship guarantee, which means that if there is something not quite right, and only if it is related to our workmanship, we will fix it, free of charge.

What Warranty is offered on Parts and Accessories?

We offer full manufacturer's warranty on all of our products, for any defect in the item. Please note, the outcome of the warranty is case by case and will be determined by the manufacturer. Warranty claims are only submitted by us, on behalf of the customer, if the item is within the manufacturer's warranty period, and you have proof of the original purchase of the item. Where are online orders shipped from, and what are the options?

All online orders will be shipped from Victoria, Australia, 3030, with Australia Post.

Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation of your order, and once items are shipped, you will receive tracking information. Regular Post (3-7 business days) and Express Post (1-3 business days) options are available. If you require Signature On Delivery, Authority To Leave, Insurance or any other specifics, please add the request to your order notes or contact us.

Please note; large volume orders or bulky items may incur additional postage costs.

Although we normally only ship within Australia, we do also ship internationally upon request.
